Pros:
Brilliant handling

Very hard suspension, pricey on fuel
Comments:
I bought this car because I wanted a hatchback. In that sense its great and can fit loads in the boot. It is quick and it handles well but the ride is rock hard and it isn't as refined as the more prestigous A4.
It is pretty pricey to run and drinks about as much fuel as the smoother 2.4V6.
If you really don't need a hatchback then go for the A4 rather than the A3.
